Connect your bot
Make one with @BotFather and paste the token. We set the webhook up for you and seal the token so that even a stolen database backup does not hand it over.

Point at the channels you sell. Write plans — monthly, yearly, one-off, lifetime, with a free trial if you want one — and say which channels each opens.

The part that matters
Access that repairs itself.
Most tools remove somebody when a message arrives saying to. If that message never arrives — and sometimes it does not — the wrong person keeps access, and you find out from a customer.
This works the other way round. The database always knows who should be in each channel. A worker compares that against who is in each channel, and closes the gap. Every thirty seconds. Forever.
- A missed webhook heals itself on the next pass.
- A lapsed subscriber is removed even if nothing told us they lapsed.
- Somebody who pays at 3am is in the channel before you wake up.
- Restart anything, any time. It catches up.
Payments
The money never touches us.
You connect your own payment accounts. Your subscribers pay you directly, into your balance, under your name on their statement. We are told that a payment happened so the right door opens — and that is the whole of our involvement.
Which means no payout schedule of ours to wait on, no cut of your revenue, and no third party between you and your customers if we fall over.

A support bot that knows its limits
It answers from the questions and answers you teach it, and from nothing else. Anything outside that reaches you, in an inbox, with the conversation attached.
Revenue you can interrogate
Filter by period, plan, provider or currency, and compare against the period before it. Subscriptions and one-off sales counted separately, because they are.
Refunds and disputes
Refund from the payment itself, in full or in part. It goes back through the provider that took it, and the revenue figures follow.

Invite people as admin, support or read-only. Removing somebody ends their session immediately rather than whenever their cookie expires.

Going over your tier never switches anything off. Everything you have keeps running and your bot keeps serving — you simply cannot add more until you move up. Your subscribers paid you, and a billing dispute with us must not become their problem.
The ones worth asking first.
Do you take a percentage of my subscriptions?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee for the software and keep everything your subscribers pay you. The money goes into your own payment accounts and we never hold it, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of.
Whose bot is it?
Yours. You create it with @BotFather, so it carries your name and your handle, and you can take the token elsewhere whenever you like. We store it encrypted, bound to your workspace, and we log a warning at you if it is ever pointed anywhere but Telegram.
What happens if I stop paying you?
Everything you already have keeps running, and your bot keeps serving your subscribers. You just cannot add more channels, plans or team members until you are back inside a tier. Your subscribers paid you, not us, and our billing problem must not become theirs.
Can I move my existing subscribers across?
Yes. Upload your InviteMember export and you get a preview of exactly what will happen to whom before anything is written. Applied imports can be reverted as a batch, so trying it is not a commitment.
What if Telegram misses a message?
Nothing here depends on one arriving. Access is worked out from your plans and payments, and a worker compares that against the real state of each channel every thirty seconds. A dropped webhook costs you half a minute, not a wrong answer.
Does the support bot make things up?
It is not allowed to. It answers only from the questions and answers you have written, and when a question falls outside them it says so and hands the conversation to you rather than guessing. A bot inventing an answer about somebody's paid access does damage in your name.
Can I host it myself?
Yes. It is a Go binary and a Postgres database, with no build step, no queue and no third-party services beyond the ones you connect yourself. Nothing about it assumes our infrastructure.
Which currencies can I charge in?
Whatever your payment provider supports, including zero-decimal currencies like the yen and crypto with eight decimal places. Amounts are held as exact minor units and never parsed as floating point, so the totals add up to the penny.
